Unfiltered Dhurandhar Version Set For OTT Premiere

Ranveer Singh’s Dhurandhar: The Revenge is performing very well on Netflix in overseas markets while audiences in India are eagerly waiting for its streaming release on Jio Hotstar.

In the middle of this excitement Netflix surprised everyone with an unexpected announcement. This platform revealed that the raw and uncensored version of the first Dhurandhar film will start streaming in India from May 22nd.

Since viewers were waiting for updates about Dhurandhar 2 many initially thought the announcement was about the sequel. However it only concerns the first film.

The movie will be available in Hindi, Telugu and Tamil with unfiltered dialogues and intense action scenes.

Interestingly Jio Hotstar will also stream the same raw version from tomorrow. Meanwhile, Dhurandhar 2 is still scheduled to premiere on Jio Hotstar on June 4th 2026.

So, were they waiting for Theatrical Run to end to give us this uncensored version or this decision was provoked by fans?
